Terms and Conditions Use this page to register a postenital reviewer. If accepted, you will receive permission to review applications. Typically, after completing this form, you will receive an email verifying your request. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE VERIFICATION EMAIL BEFORE YOU WILL BE ABLE REVIEW APPLICATIONS.

To view register:

  • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Fill out and submit either the "Existing User" or "New User" form.
  • If there is an error, you will be returned to this page with a warning message.
  • Otherwise, you will be sent to a login page.
  • READ THE LOGIN PAGE AND CHECK YOUR EMAIL BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO LOG IN.
  • If you receive the message "Waiting for Verification," your account has been created, the permissions have been requested, but the system is waiting on some other event, usually your response to a verifying email, before it can assign you permissions.
